Opening on 27 June at 6pm
Komplot, 295 Avenue Van Volxem, 1190 Brussels

The artists have chosen this double title suggesting a dialog between their interventions: With 'Et jamais devient :', Maria Iorio & Raphaël Cuomo propose a new configuration of their ongoing body of works 'Toward a history of the vanishing present' [working title] developed in Tunisia since 2008 and Boris Rebetez creates an installation in which the architecture of the exhibition space is put in relation with the Cité du Logis in Boisfort. These new pieces create a environment from the social and architectural milieu in which they take their origin. In that sense, they are in the concept of 'Gang Forest', a project initiated in 2010, the Swiss Jura, in partnership with l'Espace d'art contemporain (les halles) in Porrentruy where Michelle Naismith and David Evrard confronted their narrative approaches of the landscape. A publication will gather these contributions ad their situation in the cities where they take place.
